We design clothes to last, and when you're done with them, we'll them back to be worn and loved, all over again.
We’ve made it easy to keep our DG pieces out of landfills and in circulation. Trade in preloved pieces and you’ll get store credit to use on new ones.
How it works

- We’ll resell them or recycle them with our partners at Terra Cycle.
- You’ll get store credit to use in-store.*

- Email us for a return label to use on your packaging.
- Load up your package with your preloved DG clothing. Then, drop it off at your local USPS or UPS.
- For each DG item you send, you’ll get store credit to use towards new pieces.*

The FAQ
Currently we only accept your old Devan Gregori brand pieces for store credit.
We offer store credit based on two criteria - the quality of the item and the type of item.
The item must be clean and undamaged in order to be resold on our secondhand marketplace. If items have stains, dirt, holes, rips or any modifications, then we will recycle the item, partnering with Terra Cycle to ensure it is properly and sustainably recycled.
The amount of store credit given for items deemed resellable, based on item type, is outlined as follows:*
- Tops: $5-$15 credit/item
- Pants: $10-$20 credit/item
- Outerwear: $15-$20 credit/item
- Dresses: $15 credit/item
- Jumpsuits: $20 credit/item
*Store credit is given upon the discretion of the sales associate who is evaluating the item at the time of donation.
We may not know it, but most clothes aren’t recyclable. Only 13.6% of clothes and shoes thrown away in the US end up being recycled, and only 12% of the material used for clothing ends up being recycled. This 12% will most likely end up being shredded and used as furniture stuffing, or made into insulation or cleaning cloths. Less than 1% of what is collected will be used to make new clothing. We are doing our part to reduce our carbon footprint and the amount of textile waste we create. We send pieces that aren't elligible for reselling to Terra Cycle. TerraCycle is different from your local curbside recycler. They develop recycling solutions for waste streams that are not typically locally recyclable, such as clothing!
Yes! You will get store credit for each piece of DG clothing you drop off.

Currently we offer digital gift cards that will be emailed to the address we have on file, or the email address you provide us at the time of the exchange.
You can use trade-in store credit on any DG clothing items in store or online. Leather goods and jewelry are excluded.
